Staff Review /Appraisal Scheme
Adastra provides a full staff review, appraisal and development scheme that can be simply deployed within a business or organisation. The scheme is fully developed and when the scheme is used as intended then it has been shown to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness. The scheme is licensed for use according to the size of the client. The smallest provision is for organisations of 2-9 staff. The next package is for organisations of 10-89 staff. The package can be used for larger organisations is a brief description of your flagship (leading) service highlighting its key features and benefits.
Payment Structure:
2-9 Staff
Year 1 - £300 - Year 2 and subsequent years 50% of current Year 1 cost.
10-36 Staff
Year 1 - £600 - Year 2 and subsequent years 50% of current Year 1 cost.
37-84 Staff
Year 1 - £900 - Year 2 ans subsequent years 50% of current Year 1 cost.
Additional Company Support
Additional Reviewer Training - £300 per person plus Cascade Learning materials £100
Refresher Training for Reviewers - £300 per person
Briefing for Reviewees - 0.5 day - max 16 staff - £250
Non-company specific training - groups from different clients - only available as arranged
Reviewers - £55 per person
Reviewees - £35 per person
Company Training Support
Usually this is linked to adoption of Adastra SDS Staff Review / Appraisal Scheme and the fee discount for 2nd and subsequent years.
2-9 Staff - £250 per year
10-36 Staff - £450 per year
37-84 Staff - £650 per year
Larger companies by agreement
Adastra Training Courses
Courses offered from time to time by Adastra SDS that may be of interest to client companies.
These will be courses that client companies have identified as having small numbers of staff who would benefit from them.
Adastra sources the training provider and monitors content and quality of provision.
Bespoke Training Events
For client companies Usually - £450 per day /£350 per half plus if required £150 preparation.
For non client companies Adastra SDS will quote according to nature of training requirement.
